Hi, I'm Courtney
I’m a Dietitian, Yoga Teacher, mom, wife and compassionate human being.
As someone who has also struggled with eating disorders and body image concerns in my life, it is my mission to help others heal their relationship with food and their body.
I also know what it is like to be a new mom and not recognize my body anymore.
But, over my years of learning about body image, nutrition and self compassion, I have been able to help myself and others find peace and neutrality in their bodies.

And being a parent in a world that has such unrealistic expectations of us is even harder.
But, self-compassion is closely tied to our body image and how we view ourselves.
If we can’t find a way to have self-compassion toward ourselves, then it can become difficult to sit in the discomfort we feel toward our body.

Diet culture is ALL around us.
It is tempting to try and start a new diet or strict plan in order to rush and get back to our pre-baby body (no matter how long ago we had a baby!). We may not be comfortable in our body now and want to ‘fix it.’
Intuitive Eating helps us to develop a self care framework when it comes to nourishing our bodies. This approach can also be applied to anyone, including those with dietary restrictions.
