Hi, I'm Courtney
I work with adults to help them give up dieting and disordered eating while in a judgment free setting
READY TO FINALLY FIND FOOD FREEDOM?
READY TO RESPECT YOUR HERE & NOW BODY?
READY TO NEVER COUNT CALORIES AGAIN?
As someone who specializes in Intuitive Eating and body acceptance work, I am passionate about helping others break free from diet culture and disordered eating habits. I believe this work is important because I know first hand how much an eating disorder can consume your life (you can read more about my story here).
I want to help you learn more about your relationship with food and your body image. Then, we can work together toward creating habits around nourishment from food instead of restriction.
MORE ABOUT ME
I am from a small, rural town in Georgia and I have been married to my high school sweetheart for over 10 years (yes, these do exist; It’s crazy, I know!).
We have 2 awesome kids, 1 sweet rescue dog and 1 cute rescue kitty.
It’s probably cliché to say I’m a ‘nerd’ these days, but I wear that hat proudly.
If you love Harry Potter, Jurassic Park and other science fiction books & movies, then I’m your person.
I’m what they call an ‘outgoing introvert.’ That means I have no problem speaking in front of a crowd and will talk your ear off when it’s just us. But, then I will need lots of time to myself to recharge!
To provide nutrition counseling and nutrition education that is based in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size, while in a space that is inclusive, safe for all and non-judgmental.
