Hi, I’m Courtney

I didn’t have the ‘typical’ path to becoming a Dietitian.

My first degree was in political science, for example.

Then, after working as a clinical and outpatient dietitian, I moved into healthcare administration and corporate wellness.

I have also taught pretty much every group fitness format available (with the exception of Pilates!) over my 14 years as an instructor.

I am grateful for these varied experiences because I feel that they help me to be a better practitioner and presenter.

My programs are always very interactive and engaging because I want the audience to have as much fun as I am!
